Stacia Schlosser Ryan will join Perella Weinberg as a partner in its Advisory business.
Schlosser Ryan will be a part of the firm’s Consumer and Retail team working alongside Cem Koray, partner and head of the Consumer & Retail Group, to cover a global selection of retail, food, beverage, household and personal care companies. She will be based in Chicago with Brennan Smith, partner and head of the Chicago office.
Schlosser Ryan is a seasoned investment banker with 20 years of experience. She joins PWP from Morgan Stanley, where she was a managing director and a senior member of the global consumer and retail investment banking franchise. While there, she executed a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt underwritings. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 and has worked in New York, Sydney, Menlo Park, CA and Chicago.
