PHOENIX – Quarles & Brady, a national law firm, announced that Michael Fehser has rejoined the firm’s Phoenix office as a partner in the Business Law Practice Group.

Fehser represents corporate clients, private equity funds, and privately held businesses in complex transactions and operational matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), growth equity investments, debt financings, and general corporate issues. He also serves as outside general counsel to early-stage startups and advises venture capital sponsors, startup accelerators, and family offices.

“I’m glad to be rejoining Quarles, a firm that is known for top-notch legal services and a commitment to a partnership with its clients,” said Fehser. “My experience providing corporate counsel and my familiarity with the Quarles culture will help deliver meaningful results for our clients.”

Fehser holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona – James E. Rogers College of Law. He has been recognized in Southwest Super Lawyers® “Rising Stars” for Business and Corporate Law since 2022. Before rejoining Quarles, he practiced at an Am Law top-five international law firm.

Will Schultz, National Chair of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group, added:
“We are thrilled to have an exceptional corporate attorney like Michael rejoin our team, especially given his success in handling sophisticated transactions. Michael’s experience and client service approach make our M&A and startup teams immediately stronger, and we look forward to working with him again.”

Fehser’s return reinforces Quarles’ commitment to expanding its corporate law and M&A capabilities, particularly in private equity, venture capital, and emerging businesses.
