One Day Left to Register for Philadelphia Credit & Restructuring Summit

There is still time left to register for the 15th Annual Philadelphia Credit & Restructuring Summit, which will feature several in-depth education sessions and networking opportunities.

Hosted by ABF Journal, the New York Institute of Credit, the Secured Finance Network and the Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, the event will take place tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 6:30. p.m. ET at the Union League of Philadelphia.

The conference will begin with a luncheon panel moderated by Monique B. DiSabatino, a partner at Saul Ewing, and featuring several notable retired bankruptcy court judges, including:

  • The Honorable Kevin J. Carey, formerly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and currently senior council at Hogan Lovells
  • _x000D_

  • The Honorable Robert D. Drain, formerly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York and currently of counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom
  • _x000D_

  • The Honorable Holly B. Fitzsimmons, formerly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut
  • _x000D_

  • The Honorable Kevin Gross, formerly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the District of Delaware and currently of counsel at Richards Layton & Finger
  • _x000D_

Following the luncheon panel, Paul Shur, a shareholder at Becker & Poliakoff, will lead the lender’s panel, which will examine how different lenders see transactions differently. The panelists will include:

  • Kenneth Geiger, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Peapack-Gladstone Bank
  • _x000D_

  • Brian F. Gleason, Senior Managing Director, Phoenix Management Services, a part of JS Held
  • _x000D_

  • Randi M. Hershgordon, Senior Vice President, Gibraltar Business Capital
  • _x000D_

  • Paul D. Schuldiner, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, Rosenthal & Rosenthal
  • _x000D_

In the next education session of the event, Neil Gupta, managing director of SSG Capital Advisors, will lead a panel centered on turnaround, specifically looking at restructuring alternatives. The panelists will include:

  • Sally Barton, Director of Special Assets & Portfolio Solutions, SecondWind Consultants

  • Jeffrey Hampton, Partner and Chair of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, Saul Ewing
  • _x000D_

  • Robert Katz, Managing Director, Eisner Advisory Group
  • _x000D_

  • Steve Mitnick, Founder, S. Mitnick Law
  • _x000D_

  • Amy Vulpio, Partner and Co-Chair of the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice, White and Williams

In the third and final education session of the event, Mark Indelicato, a partner at Thompson Coburn, will return to lead the regular “Views from the Bench” panel, including insights from current bankruptcy judges as well as attorneys in the bankruptcy and restructuring field. The panelists will include:
