Founded in 2008, Reliant is a provider of home infusion and ambulatory infusion center services to patients in the South. Reliant aims to improve the patient experience by offering convenience, lower cost, personalized service and clinical expertise for various chronic conditions. Care Fusion is a West Coast specialty infusion therapy company focused on complex therapies with advanced leadership in immunoglobulin therapies and other specialty treatments. Together, Reliant and Care Fusion will expand access to home and ambulatory infusion therapy nationwide through new center openings, territory expansion, and strategic acquisitions in both high-growth and underserved markets.
