Monroe Capital acted as administrative agent and sole lead arranger on the funding of a senior credit facility and equity co-investment to support the acquisition of Silversand Services and SLI Landscape by private equity sponsor Lincoln Road. Silversand and SLI will be combined with Lincoln Road’s existing portfolio company, Zodega Landscaping.
Zodega Landscaping provides full landscaping, irrigation management, tree care, interior plant care and custom holiday decoration services. The company serves more than 1,500 customers throughout the Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Bryan-College Station areas of Texas.
