Milberg Factors promoted Neil R. Desai to partner and senior vice president.

In this role, Desai will manage client relationships and be involved in new business development, working with colleagues in Milberg Factors’ New York, North Carolina and Los Angeles offices. Desai joined Milberg Factors in 2015 as vice president. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Rosenthal & Rosenthal as an account executive, managing a portfolio of accounts.
