LO3 Capital, a private investment firm supporting lower middle-market businesses, has hired TJ O’Donnell as Partner from MC Credit Partners.
O’Donnell will contribute to strategic management of LO3’s future investment activities and play a key role in shaping long-term strategies. His responsibilities include supporting portfolio companies, sourcing new investment opportunities, and guiding the firm’s expansion into future funds and initiatives.
With nearly 15 years of experience in private credit, growth capital, and operational leadership, O’Donnell has demonstrated a track record of partnering with business owners and management teams to drive sustainable growth. As Managing Director at MC Credit Partners, he sourced, executed, and managed $3 billion of middle-market direct lending and opportunistic credit investments while serving as a board member for several portfolio companies.

Earlier in his career, O’Donnell was a member of the investment team at Praesidian Capital, focusing on credit underwriting and portfolio management. He began his professional journey in sales and trading at Nomura Securities. O’Donnell holds a B.A. in Finance from Villanova University, where he served as team captain of the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team.
