Todd Kushman joined Victory Park Capital (VPC) as a principal and head of capital markets, based in New York.
Kushman will lead the firm’s capital markets initiatives, which includes optimizing and identifying new alternative investment product offerings.

Kushman brings more than 15 years of industry experience to VPC. Most recently, he served as co-founder, partner and chief operating officer at Torrey Pointe Capital, where he was responsible for overseeing all non-investment related functions. Prior to Torrey Pointe, Kushman was a managing director at Cerberus Capital Management where he centralized the firm’s interest rate hedging program across all investment strategies and executed strategic financings. Before Cerebus, he served as COO of Ally Financial’s Capital Markets & Investments division and built the Structured Product Derivatives trading desk at Bear Stearns and its successor, JPMorgan.
