King Street and Lumyna Investments Announce Launch of the Lumyna – King Street Credit Opportunities Fund

Alternative asset manager partners with Generali subsidiary to create evergreen private credit strategy for institutional investors.

King Street Capital Management (“King Street”), a leading global alternative investment firm, and Lumyna Investments, part of Generali Investments, are pleased to announce the launch of the Lumyna – King Street Credit Opportunities Fund (“the Fund”), an innovative evergreen private credit strategy designed to meet the rising demand for flexible lending.

The Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV UCI Part II fund has an opportunistic investment mandate that provides access beyond traditional private credit strategies by dynamically allocating across corporate and asset-based lending, dislocated public credit opportunities, and select distressed situations. This approach is designed to complement traditional private credit portfolios by offering exposure to a broader range of credit opportunities.

King Street, with 30 years of experience navigating global credit markets, will serve as the investment manager, bringing deep expertise in both public and private credit, with Lumyna bringing its expertise as manufacturer and distributor for the Fund, ensuring a robust structure and wide market access.

“We are proud to introduce a strategy that leverages our decades of experience identifying compelling opportunities across credit markets to address what we believe is a significant gap in the market for evergreen private credit solutions,” said Domenico Lia, Partner at King Street. “As investors increasingly seek private credit for diversification and attractive risk-adjusted returns, our strategy is intended to provide a sophisticated and dynamic solution.”
