JPalmer Collective (JPC), an asset-based lending company committed to funding high-growth, women-led and natural products companies, appointed Jack Gindi, principal at ASG Equities, to the JPC board of directors. Gindi will play a critical role in helping to shape JPC’s commercial strategy.
“Jack’s strategic insight, creative spirit and deep commitment to community make him an exceptional addition to our board,” Jennifer Palmer, founder and CEO of JPalmer Collective, said. “His broad experience across real estate, philanthropy and the arts brings a valuable perspective as we continue to scale our work with companies that don’t fit the traditional lender’s criteria, including women-led companies and brands focused on conscious consumers, sustainability and inclusivity.”
Gindi oversees a diverse portfolio of retail, industrial, multifamily, office and hospitality holdings across urban markets in the U.S., Canada and the UK. He is also a partner at Mercer Labs, a Museum of Art and Technology located in Manhattan’s Financial District. Gindi serves as chairman of the board of Hearts of Gold, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness for New York City’s single mothers and their children. In addition to his business and philanthropic work, Gindi is also a filmmaker and playwright.
“What Jennifer and the team at JPalmer Collective are doing really resonates with me. They’re backing leaders who are often overlooked and helping them grow their businesses,” Gindi said. “I’m honored to join the board and contribute to the company’s growth and impact.”
