Ed Pyne has been named J.P. Morgan’s new head of syndicated finance for commercial banking. In his new role, Pyne will lead the syndicated finance team. He brings more than two decades of experience at the firm and most recently served as head of Northeast and Canada regional leveraged finance for global investment banking. Pyne will report directly to Jay Droogan, head of capital and advisory solutions.
Pyne has deep expertise across origination, structuring, underwriting and distribution, and has led complex transactions across market cycles.
