Haynes Boone advised American Integrity Insurance Group, a Florida-based property and causality insurance provider, on the selling stockholders’ underwritten secondary offering of 3 million shares of common stock at $20 per share. This transaction follows the firm’s earlier representation of American Integrity in its $110 million initial public offering.
