FSW Funding, a Phoenix-based company that specializes in financing solutions for small and mid-size businesses, promoted Ashton Bennett to the position of operations manager. Bennett will oversee the management of the factoring and asset-based lending portfolio.
“Ashton started with FSW in 2017 and has been able to apply her previous banking experience and finance education to quickly learn the world of alternative finance. She has continued to take on more responsibility and is a key part of the FSW management team as we continue to grow our portfolio,” Robyn Barrett, founder and managing member of FSW Funding, said. “As FSW Funding continues to expand its lending capabilities, Ashton will help us manage and minimize risk.”
Bennett has held various management and marketing positions for global and domestic companies. Prior to joining FSW Funding, Bennett worked for US Bank as a personal banker.
