Flow Capital made a $1.5 million investment in Kovo HealthTech. The investment is expandable to $7 million under certain conditions.
Kovo HealthTech is a healthcare technology company that specializes in billing-as-a-service offering recurring revenue contracts and software for U.S. healthcare clinics, hospitals and private practices. Kovo helps healthcare providers digitally track and manage patient care registration, services, billing and payments using its proprietary OneRev technology platform.
