First Business Bank promoted Kevin McGraw to vice president – asset-based lending at First Business Specialty Finance, a subsidiary of First Business Bank.

McGraw brings over 15 years of comprehensive asset-based lending experience to help manufacturing and distribution companies access senior secured financing from $2 million to $25 million. His progression through every role on the credit side of asset-based lending, from collateral analyst and field examiner to operations manager and account executive, provides him with deep expertise in structuring working capital revolving lines of credit against accounts receivable and inventory, along with term loans for machinery, equipment and owner-operated real estate. McGraw specializes in serving businesses that may not fit traditional bank lending criteria due to performance or leverage challenges, offering creative financing solutions for growth, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions.
