FGI Worldwide promoted Nikki Rangra, Chris Fulman and David Ding to senior managing director, expanding the firm’s leadership team.

As senior managing directors, Rangra, Fulman and Ding will be responsible for shaping the continued growth of FGI’s multi-jurisdictional asset-based lending product and partnering with current leadership to advance the firm’s broader operations, lending and risk objectives.

Rangra leverages over 20 years of unique expertise in risk mitigation, credit insurance and cash management across global jurisdictions, leading the portfolio and collateral groups for FGI Finance. In this role, Rangra oversees teams covering all facets of operations and protection for the division’s portfolio, including relationship management, collateral monitoring and treasury.

Fulman brings two decades of experience in international commercial finance, complemented by in-depth knowledge of business development, underwriting, legal and operations. In his new capacity, Fulman will lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks for the firm’s business development team, while cultivating collaborative relationships with external partners to unlock new business opportunities and drive growth, further strengthening FGI’s global market position.

Ding is a seasoned underwriter with over a decade of private credit experience. He has deployed more than a billion dollars of committed capital to middle market companies, including the largest transaction in FGI’s history. Ding will steer the underwriting team and focus on expanding FGI’s lending capabilities by structuring bespoke asset-based financing facilities to businesses across the globe.

“For 25 years, FGI has led with innovation to grow our finance, risk and tech divisions into globally recognized, industry-leading businesses,” Sami Altaher, president of FGI, said. “Nikki, Chris and David have been at the core of our success, and I am thrilled to expand our leadership team with their well-deserved promotions. Their collective expertise, vision and commitment to excellence ensure the continued strength of FGI as we move into our next quarter century of helping clients achieve their goals through financing, risk mitigation and cutting-edge data management solutions.”
