Eversheds Sutherland elected six new U.S. partners and promoted five new U.S. counsel, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

The following attorneys have been elected partner:
- Jeremy Gove (Tax – SALT), resident in the New York office, counsels clients on state and local tax (SALT) issues, including compliance, planning, controversy, and audit defense.
- Gary Ho (Insurance), resident in the New York office, counsels clients on complex insurance transactions and related insurance regulatory and compliance matters.
- Chelsea Marmor (Tax – SALT), resident in the New York office, advises clients on multistate tax issues including planning, compliance, controversy and litigation.
- Ben Reed (Litigation), resident in the Atlanta office, represents clients in commercial litigation, and regarding higher education regulatory and compliance matters.
- Allison Salvia (Energy), resident in the Washington office, advises clients on a wide range of matters in the energy sector, including regulatory compliance and enforcement, project development, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Brian Tschosik (Tax – International), resident in the Washington office, represents clients in international tax planning, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and related financing.
