EisnerAmper, a global business advisory firm, introduced the 2026 edition of its Tax Guide. With contributions from dozens of EisnerAmper’s experienced tax professionals — including state and local, federal, individual and international — this e-guide is a comprehensive resource to help taxpayers, tax professionals, the media, government officials and others navigate the increasingly complicated U.S. Tax Code while learning to recognize critical wealth planning opportunities.
The guide includes key provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), including the treatment of tax brackets, standard and itemized deductions, qualified business income deductions, estate taxation, qualified opportunity zones and more. In addition, the OBBBA introduced several new provisions that create both planning opportunities and complexities to carefully consider.
“There are critical issues taxpayers need to consider, and careful planning and review of tax strategies are more important than ever,” Sarah Adkisson, editor-in-chief of Tax Guide, said. “We’ve distilled complex tax legislation into practical, actionable insights and provided readers with clear explanations, helpful summaries, charts, examples and planning options.”
