Global business advisor EisnerAmper added Jeremy Sikkema as a tax partner and the leader of the M&A tax due diligence practice, as well as Matthew T. Brown as partner-in-charge in Minneapolis and Michelle A. Myhra as partner-in-charge in San Diego.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Sikkema advises private equity firms, corporate acquirers and family offices on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions. He works closely with clients to develop tax-efficient structures, conduct due diligence and guide post-deal integration efforts that enhance value and manage risk. His approach combines in-depth technical expertise with a practical understanding of complex deal dynamics, enabling clients to make informed decisions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Sikkema, a CPA, has a B.S. and an MSA in accounting from Western Michigan University as well as an MST from Grand Valley State University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Brown is responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy for the Minneapolis office, which has more than 175 professionals. Brown is a tax partner in the private client services group, where he advises individuals, privately held businesses and trusts and estates. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the American Bar Association. In his community, he is on the board of trustees of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Brown takes over for current Minneapolis partner-in-charge Beth K. Leonard.
Myhra is responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy for the San Diego office, which has 80-plusprofessionals. Myhra is a tax partner in the private client services group who advises high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, and private foundations. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. In her community, she is a member of the San Dieguito Chapter of the National Charity League. Myhra takes over for current San Diego Partner-in-Charge Stephen J. Brownell.
