Eclipse Business Capital (EBC) promoted Ralph Shin, Denise Rodriguez and Kenya Hall.

Ralph Shin has been promoted to senior managing director in underwriting. Shin brings six years of dedicated service to EBC, during which he has played a pivotal role in underwriting some of the firm’s largest and most complex transactions under demanding timelines. With a 30 year career in the asset based lending industry, Shin is widely respected by peers and industry partners alike.

Denise Rodriguez has been promoted to vice president in operations. Rodriguez has been a valued member in EBC’s operations group for the past six years. Her combination of attention to detail and excellent client service skills have allowed her to flourish in her operations role at the firm.

Kenya Hall has been promoted to junior software developer. Since joining the firm in April 2022, Hall’s role has continued to evolve through her hard work and ability to quickly learn EBC’s systems. Her background in computers and coding has been instrumental in enhancing EBC technology as the firm expands its use and dives into AI-driven projects.

“At Eclipse Business Capital, our growth has always been driven by the strength of our people and the relationships we build with our clients and partners. The promotions of Ralph, Denise and Kenya reflect not only their individual accomplishments, but also our continued commitment to expanding and strengthening our platform,” Marty Battaglia, CEO of EBC, said. “Ralph’s leadership in underwriting enables us to confidently pursue increasingly complex opportunities, while Denise’s operational expertise ensures we consistently deliver a best-in-class client experience, and Kenya’s work in advancing our technology and AI initiatives positions us for the next phase of scalable growth. We are proud to recognize their contributions and excited about the role they will continue to play in deepening client relationships and driving the firm’s long-term expansion.”
