Dinsmore Welcomes Back McDonald and Adds Two Associates

Dinsmore & Shohl welcomed back Ryan McDonald, who will be rejoining the firm’s Indianapolis office as partner. McDonald previously worked with Dinsmore for five years, during which he built a reputation as a trusted real estate advisor, focusing on finance and development with a particular emphasis on multifamily property transactions._x000D_

McDonald represents lenders in debt financing for the acquisition, refinancing and construction of multifamily properties, skilled nursing facilities, medical office buildings and other commercial properties. He also guides borrowers and lenders navigating transfers of physical assets and other asset management issues for projects with FHA-insured financing._x000D_

“I’m thrilled to be back at Dinsmore and to rejoin a team that values collaboration and client-centered service,” McDonald said. “It’s exciting to reconnect with clients I’ve worked with in the past and to continue building on those relationships as we take on new opportunities together.”_x000D_

McDonald’s return comes as the Indianapolis office welcomes associate Sydney Schroeder, and associate of counsel M. Catherine Fanello, who is also rejoining Dinsmore._x000D_

McDonald earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and he is enthusiastic about returning to the region. He looks forward to establishing new connections and actively engaging with the community.
