Dechert recently advised both Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), a middle-market private equity platform, and Clarity Software Solutions on the successful sale of Clarity. Investment funds managed by MSCP sold Clarity, a provider of health plan member communication services, to mPulse, a provider of health experience and insights technology.
