Dechert recently advised Lovell Minnick Partners (LMP), a private equity firm focused on investments in financial services, business services and financial technology companies, on a recent majority acquisition. In the transaction, funds managed by Lovell Minnick Partners will acquire a majority stake in Merchant Industry, a fintech company operating successfully within the merchant acquiring landscape.
