• Centre Partners’ recapitalization of Sun Orchard, a provider of juices, smoothie bases, culinary ingredients and mixology solutions to the foodservice industry and retail customers
• Silver Oak Services Partners’ refinancing of Innovative Driven, a provider of end-to-end solutions across the information lifecycle, including information governance, eDiscovery and managed review services
• Industrial Growth Partners’ leveraged buyout of Alpha Metalcraft Group, a manufacturer of formed metal components and assemblies primarily for the aerospace and defense end market.
