Riveron Consulting announced the addition of six new directors across three of the firm’s four offices, including Dallas, Chicago and Washington, D.C.

Promotions in the Dallas office include Andy Baker, Will Kersch, Caroline Stovall and Lacy Lange. Baker, Kersch and Stovall were prior principals responsible for client service. Baker’s 11 years of experience includes leadership roles providing accounting and financial services to public and private companies, including due diligence, investigation and restructuring. With more than 17 years of experience in the industry, Stovall specializes in project management of global public and private company audits reporting under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP. Kersh has 15 years of experience providing financial and operational strategy and transformational advisory services spanning Fortune 500 to middle-market companies. Lange is being promoted from senior manager to director of operations. In this capacity she will continue to lead recruiting efforts, as well as assist the COO in executing operational initiatives and strategic business planning.

Justin McCarty is the newest director in the firm’s Chicago office, promoted from principal. His 12 years of experience includes financial due diligence and audit positions, plus leadership roles providing financial consultation services to both domestic/foreign corporate and private equity clients.

Also promoted from principal, David Brink will now serve Riveron’s Washington D.C. office as business development director. Through his 12 years of investment banking and business development leadership, he has worked with a wide variety of companies in areas of finance, strategy and transaction advisory with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

“Riveron’s continued growth and success is attributable to the hard work put forth by each of these individuals. At Riveron our people are our most valuable asset, and their unwavering dedication to our clients and their work makes it a privilege to announce these significant promotions,” Landon Smith, Riveron founder, commented. “We are looking forward to a great year under the leadership of our new directors.”
