RBC Capital Markets Appoints Sperduto as Head of U.S. M&A Group

RBC Capital Markets announced the appointment of Vito Sperduto as head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Investment Bank Group reporting to Blair Fleming, head of U.S. Investment Banking.

Since joining RBC as a managing director in the U.S. M&A group in February 2008, Sperduto has worked closely with several U.S. industry coverage groups, primarily focused on the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services, Transportation & Logistics, and Industrials & Diversified Services sectors. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining RBC, he was a managing director and head of Software M&A coverage for CIBC World Markets in New York.
