PerkinElmer announced it entered into an agreement to provide it a $700 million committed unsecured revolving credit facility through January 8, 2019, according to an 8-K filed January 10, 2014.

JP Morgan Chase Bank acted as administrative agent on the facility; Bank of America and Barclays Bank acted as co-syndication agents, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Citibank and HSBC Bank acted as co-documentation agents; and J.P. Morgan Securities; Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith and Barclays Bank acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers.

This agreement replaces the second amended and restated unsecured revolving credit agreement dated as of December 16, 2011, according to the filing.
