CohnReznick added David Weinstein to its restructuring and dispute resolution practice, expanding its presence in the Southeast.

Weinstein, who will be based in Florida, joined the firm as a managing director and Southeast leader for the restructuring and dispute resolution practice. He has experience across industries most impacted by COVID-19, including retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, automotive and aviation. Weinstein is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) with prior senior management positions with Next Edge Capital, Blacksail Capital Partners, Ares Management, Lakeside Advisors, MorrisAnderson & Associates, Congress Financial, Arthur Andersen and CIT.

In addition, Jaime Angarita, a restructuring and dispute resolution professional, will join Weinstein’s team after relocating to Florida from the firm’s New York office.
