Lucy Csizmas joined North Mill Capital as a managing director of business development in Southern California. She will focus on providing value-added financing solutions to lower/middle market companies that are in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries.
A 20-plus year veteran of asset based lending, Csizmas most recently spent 10 years at a national ABL institution where she was responsible for originating ABL and factoring transactions. She also previously held positions with investment banking firms as well as asset/business valuation and turnaround firms.
