Commercial Finance Partners (CFP) closed a $2 million accounts receivable financing facility for a corporate security provider. The financing was structured to give the company the working capital needed to expand its customer base, take on new contracts and refinance existing debt.
“The company is a great fit for our portfolio because of our ability to remain flexible and provide solutions outside the typical AR financing parameters,” Darren Palestine, managing partner of CFP, said. “We’re excited to support their plans and help them reach their ambitious growth goals.”
