New York, NY – May 19, 2025 – CohnReznick, a leading professional services firm, today announced that Melissa (Mel) Walker has joined as Managing Director – Data & AI Practice Leader. Walker has specific expertise developing and implementing strategic roadmaps to fuel innovation, advance business goals, and drive sustainable growth for clients. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in operational strategy, technology consulting, and full P&L management across the public, private, and startup sectors.
Before joining CohnReznick, Walker was Executive Vice President for a globally recognized organization that develops guidance to secure IT systems and data. In this role, she was responsible for the development of business strategies and policies, and the implementation of enhanced procedures and management methods to achieve organizational goals and mission.

Walker’s digital transformation and strategy experience includes leading a team to create the first enterprise-native cloud revenue management platform for the life sciences sector and developing innovative solutions to adapt to shifting market dynamics. She has two decades of hands-on experience in establishing, marketing, and selling annuity-based software solutions. She is adept at leveraging deep industry knowledge and market insights to develop and implement highly effective revenue generation strategies. This includes navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing enterprise risk, and steering expansion efforts.
Walker earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Leadership and Management Certificate from Wharton University of Pennsylvania.
