Global law firm Clifford Chance has represented Exxon Mobil Oil Company, a subsidiary of ExxonMobil, in its agreement to acquire certain production facilities and related assets and technology from Superior Graphite, an Illinois-based graphite manufacturer. The transaction is intended to support Exxon Mobil’s strategy to develop and supply synthetic graphite.
