Global law firm Clifford Chance has appointed Peter Isajiw as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution team as the firm expands its commercial and securities litigation offering in the U.S. and globally.

Isajiw, who joins Clifford Chance from King & Spalding, focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation as well as regulatory enforcement matters and government investigations.

“Peter’s extensive track record in commercial and securities litigation and government investigations is a perfect fit for our global team and will open more opportunities to serve our global clients in the US, which is a key market for the Firm and our clients,” Matthew Newick, global head of litigation and dispute resolution, said.

“Peter will increase the depth of our litigation and dispute resolution team to enhance our offering in the growing US market,” Robert Houck, Americas head of litigation and dispute resolution said. “His specialization in complex commercial litigation and financial regulatory work further strengthens our services in these critical areas, all of which have shown impressive growth in the past years.”

“I look forward to joining the Clifford Chance team and contributing to the firm’s exciting growth strategy in the US,” Isajiw said.
