Law firm Clifford Chance hired Chang-Do Gong as a partner and co-head of its U.S. mergers and acquisitions practice. Gong has 25 years of public and private M&A experience across a spectrum of industries, including energy and infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, media and technology.
