Global law firm Clifford Chance added partner Stacy Frazier in Washington, D.C., further strengthening its antitrust practice. Joining from UnitedHealth Group, Frazier brings in-house experience managing a broad portfolio of antitrust issues ranging from transactions to litigation to compliance.
