Church Joins Seacoast Business Funding as VP, BDO

Seacoast Business Funding added John Church as VP and business development officer. Church is based on the West Coast and will focus on cultivating and growing the Seacoast portfolio in the region. He has more than 20 years of experience solving financial challenges for businesses within the alternative lending space.

“Seacoast is focused on meeting the increasing financial needs of businesses on the West Coast,” Jay Atkins, president of Seacoast Business Funding, said. “John has successfully demonstrated market expertise in driving growth for alternative financing solutions amongst middle market companies and we look forward to working with him to drive portfolio growth in the region.”

A graduate from the University of Virginia, Church has held multiple positions throughout his career, delivering operational and financial solutions for businesses to meet their strategic goals.

“I am pleased to be joining Seacoast Business Funding. In these challenging times, being part of a well-capitalized organization reassures businesses they have a stable financial partner and will be vital in driving successful growth,” Church said.

Church is a member of the Secured Finance Network, International Factoring Association and the Turnaround Management Association.

Seacoast Business Funding Seacoast provides working capital financing solutions to small and middle market companies with annual sales ranging from $1 million to $200 million.
