Chiron Financial has hired Garland Gay as an analyst and Katia Goncharova as an associate, Business Development. Both will be based in Houston.
Gay is responsible for facilitating the execution of financing, sale and financial advisory assignments. Prior to joining Chiron Financial, she was a Senior Financial Analyst with Signal Funding, a litigation finance startup and co-founder of a consulting practice for early stage ventures and small companies.

Goncharova will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, referral partners, investors, lenders and private equity groups along with supporting senior investment bankers on new business origination. Prior to joining Chiron, Goncharova was business development lead and language program developer for Change Corporation. Previously, she served as a language facilitator at the Goethe Institute and was a compliance officer for HSBC Bank.
