Chammas Joins CohnReznick as Private Client Services Partner

Based in Miami, Andre Chammas brings 30 years of experience in public accounting with deep expertise in tax compliance and consulting as well as financial reporting.

CohnReznick, a professional services firm, added Andre Chammas to its private client services practice as a partner. Based in Miami, Chammas brings 30 years of experience in public accounting with deep expertise in tax compliance and consulting as well as financial reporting.

Chammas helps private businesses, family offices and high-net-worth individuals achieve their financial objectives by providing innovative solutions focused on compliance, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. He has extensive experience advising clients on complex tax issues and audit disputes, as well as representing business entities and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service.

Chammas also has extensive knowledge of international tax regulations, advising on complex tax structuring and compliance for both inbound and outbound investors. This includes helping clients minimize tax liabilities and take advantage of cross-border investment opportunities. Chammas’s diverse industry experience includes private equity, family offices, sports and entertainment, real estate, wholesale distribution and healthcare.

Chammas is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida, Georgia and Massachusetts. He holds a B.B.A. from St. Thomas University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His community involvement includes serving on Florida International University’s President’s Council.
