Joseph Dempsey has joined Columbia Financial as EVP, head of Commercial Banking. Dempsey was previously with JPMorgan Chase as New Jersey market president and chair of its Market Leadership Team.

Goldman Sachs BDC amended its senior secured revolving credit agreement to, among other things, reduce the company’s minimum asset coverage ratio financial covenant from 200% to 150%. SunTrust served as administrative agent for the transaction.

Methode Electronics, a global developer of custom engineered and application-specific products, completed the acquisition of Grakon Parent. Bank of America served as administrative agent, increasing Methode’s credit facility by $250 million to support the transaction.
