SunTrust, Others Amend International Speedway $300MM Facility

International Speedway amended and restated its $300 million revolving credit facility. The facility is jointly led by joint book managers SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and J.P Morgan. Wells Fargo acted as administrative agent. Bank of America, Regions Bank and U.S. Bank acted as co-documentation agents.

FSB: Shadow Banking Grows to $67 Trillion

The Financial Stability Board published its second annual Global Shadow Banking Monitoring Report that showed non-bank financial intermediation grew from an estimated $26 trillion in 2002 to $67 trillion at year-end 2011.

Creditors can now secure their investments, mitigating the risk of debtor nonpayment, through the new comprehensive services.
