Judge Alan Gropper in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York granted permission for Kodak to keep control over its bankruptcy through the end of February, a Fox Business article said.
The permission will allow the company to work on its reorganization plan without competing plans submitted by creditors. The article noted that a group of bondholders were against the plan although the extension was supported by the majority of creditors.
