Capital Advisors Group selected Stefan Spazek to lead its Debt Finance Consulting Group.
Spazek, who has been with Capital Advisors since 2006, will lead a team with more than 50 years of combined experience advising corporate clients on the best use of debt financing in corporate capital structures and deal negotiation with lenders.
