Cadence Business Finance, a division of Cadence Bank, has committed $11.25 million as part of a credit facility for Business Interiors, a full-service contract furniture dealer and interior design consultant.
“The funding from Cadence Bank has allowed the company to complete a strategic acquisition and recapitalize the business, while also providing additional working capital,” Jack Womack, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Business Interiors, said.
With 35 years of experience, Business Interiors provides innovative, creative and functional ideas and products to commercial environments. The company works with clients in a variety of markets including commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality and government, and recently merged with Office Environments, expanding its footprint throughout Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
“Business Interiors was expanding and looking for the right financial partner to support their growth vision,” Norb Schmidt, executive vice president and director of capital finance at Cadence Business Finance, said. “In evaluating their needs, we saw how they could benefit from a flexible structured facility to meet their growth potential.”
