Brown Gibbons Lang has added Peter Hill as a new managing director in its Business Services practice. Hill brings extensive merger and acquisition and capital markets experience to the firm, with deep knowledge in the overall Business Services sector, including business process outsourcing, contact center services, facilities management, human capital management, and other related outsourced services.

Prior to joining BGL, Hill served as managing director and head of Business Services at Mufson Howe Hunter. Previously, he was a managing director and head of Business Services at Stifel and its predecessor firm, Legg Mason. Prior to Stifel, Hill was an investment banker at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers.
