Berkshire Bank Launches New Re-Designed Website

Berkshire Bank launched its newly re-designed website. Developed in collaboration with ZAG Interactive, the new site will improve the user experience by being more consumer-focused and easier to navigate.

The new website is designed to help customers at every step – from relevant resources on specific project pages to a solution finder that connects common customer needs with related products and services. The site also conforms to current ADA guidelines, making visitor usability a priority. Along with a refreshed design, the fully mobile-friendly site provides a seamless experience for customers to access their banking needs anytime, anywhere.

“The new website perfectly complements Berkshire Bank’s commitment to its customers with banking in the 21st century,” said Ken Seeber, Berkshire senior vice president and MyBanker leader. “The financial industry is at a place where it is shedding the traditional banking approach and transitioning toward a space where consumers desire banking at their fingertips. This website, along with MyBanker, give our customers the convenience of technology while providing the human touch in a digital age.”

The design embraces Berkshire Bank’s colors and uses relatable photography, iconography and subtle animation to position the Bank as a leading financial institution committed to its local communities.

Berkshire Bank provides business and consumer banking, mortgage, wealth management, investment and insurance services through 113 full service branch offices throughout New York, Connecticut, Vermont, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
