The private credit group of Bain Capital Credit, a global credit specialist, invested approximately $3 billion to support the growth of middle market and private equity-backed companies in H1/25.
Bain Capital Credit’s private credit group made 47 investments, supporting the refinancing, leveraged buyout and add-on acquisition activity of both new and existing portfolio companies. With over 25 years of middle market private debt experience, the Private Credit Group has invested over $30 billion across 565 portfolio companies since inception.
