B. Riley Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor on Divestiture of Kimball Electronics’ AT&M Business

B. Riley Securities, a middle market investment bank, served as exclusive financial advisor to Kimball Electronics, a global manufacturing solutions provider of electronics and diversified contract manufacturing services, in the successful completion of the sale of its automation, test and measurement (AT&M) business to Averna Technologies._x000D_
