B. Riley Securities, a middle market investment bank and subsidiary of B. Riley Financial, served as exclusive financial advisor to DynTek, a U.S.-based professional IT services, cybersecurity and risk management organization, in connection with its strategic investment from Gallant Capital Partners.
To further the development of offerings, Gallant plans to integrate DynTek and rSolutions Corporation under a single leadership structure and investment umbrella.
