Avant Advisory Group welcomed Randy Goeken, a 40-year veteran of the financial services industry, as director of business development. Goeken has extensive expertise in originating, analyzing and structuring transactions involving asset-based lending, structured finance, mezzanine financing, credit analysis and commercial banking. A significant part of his experience and expertise lies in relationship management, sales and marketing management and business development.
Goeken has served key roles in prominent firms such as Amerisource Business Capital, UMB Capital Finance, Marquette Business Credit, First Capital, Glenfed Capital and La Salle National Bank. He has worked across multiple industries that include manufacturing, distribution, retail and e-commerce, service industries, oil and gas and food processing. He has also dealt with complex financing solutions involving mergers and acquisitions, refinancings and growth capital.
