American Bankruptcy Institute Unveils Agenda for Annual Spring Meeting

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold its annual spring meeting in Washington, D.C. from April 20 to April 22.

The spring meeting is the ABI’s largest annual conference and will feature concurrent sessions tailored for commercial and consumer practitioners. The keynote address will be provided by Kenji Yoshino, the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU School of Law and the director of the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Kenneth R. Feinberg (Washington, D.C.), who served as special master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and for TARP Executive Compensation, will join a panel on the role of neutrals in bankruptcy. The final day of the event will feature a networking luncheon with top experts providing a legislative update and outlook. Additional plenaries will look at cryptocurrency bankruptcy cases, China’s influence in the world economy, subchapter V and more.
